The Barça without liquidity to face the payments of the players and employees

As reported by Helena Condis in The Great Match of COPE, the azulgrana team has incurred non-payment of salaries to its players due to lack of liquidity. Something really serious. And all this despite the fact that the footballers accepted the salary cut in December derived from the loss of income due to the covid-19 crisis. The staff has always received their salary in two payments, one in June and one in December but, this time, footballers did not receive payment for the last month of the year, despite having accepted the reduction of the same.

According to the same sources, from the club they have assured that they will liquidate the remaining part in the month of February. So much so that Barça has requested a loan to be able to pay the amount of the footballers' salaries.

Barça also owes money to different teams in terms of transfers

According to El Partidazo de Cope, the culé club also owes money referring to transfers from previous seasons.
